नई दिल्ली: मुंबई हमले के मुख्य साजिशकर्ता एवं आतंकी संगठन लश्कर-ए-तैयबा के कमांडर जकीउर रहमान लखवी को 15 साल की सजा सुनाई गई है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र से आतंकवादी घोषित लखवी वर्ष 2015 से ही मुंबई हमले के मामले में जमानत पर था और पंजाब सूबे के आतंकवाद निरोधक विभाग ने उसे आतंकवाद का वित्तपोषण करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया था। आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि प्रतिबंधित संगठन लश्कर- ए- तैयबा से जुड़े होने के अलावा वह संयुक्त राष्ट्र की तरफ से घोषित आतंकवादियों की सूची में भी शामिल है।
लश्कर ए तैयबा और अल-कायदा से जुड़े होने और ”आतंकवाद के लिए वित्त पोषण, योजना, सहायता मुहैया कराने या षड्यंत्र रचने” की खातिर लखवी को संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने दिसंबर 2008 में वैश्विक आतंकवादी घोषित किया था। प्रतिबंधित आतंकवादियों और समूहों की संपत्ति जब्त करने, यात्रा पर प्रतिबंध लगाए जाने, जिसमें दूसरे देशों की यात्रा पर प्रतिबंध भी शामिल है, जैसे प्रावधान हैं।
New Delhi: Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, the main conspirator of Mumbai attack and commander of terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, has been sentenced to 15 years. Lakhvi, who was declared a terrorist from the United Nations, had been on bail in the Mumbai attack case since 2015 and was arrested by the Punjab Anti-Terrorism Department on charges of financing terrorism.
