नई दिल्ली: राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद ने देर शाम को देश की जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि अपने जीवंत लोकतंत्र के बल पर भारत ने एक जिम्मेदार और विश्वसनीय राष्ट्र के रूप में अपनी साख बढ़ाई है। राष्ट्रपति ने सोमवार को यहां 72वें गणतंत्र दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर राष्ट्र के नाम संदेश में कहा कि भारत के सुदृढ़ और सिद्धान्त-परक रवैये के विषय में अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय भली-भांति अवगत है। उन्होंने कहा, ” भारत, प्रगति के पथ पर आगे बढ़ते हुए, विश्व-समुदाय में अपना समुचित स्थान बना रहा है। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में, भारत का प्रभाव-क्षेत्र और अधिक विस्तृत हुआ है तथा इसमें विश्व के व्यापक क्षेत्र शामिल हुए हैं।

राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद ने कृषि क्षेत्र में हुई प्रगति के लिए किसानों, देश की सीमाओं की सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करने में सफल रहे जवानों और कोविड से निपटने तथा विकास के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में योगदान के लिए वैज्ञानिकों को बधाई देते हुए कहा है कि सरकार किसानों समेत समस्त वर्गों के कल्याण के लिए पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है।

President Ram Nath Kovind, while addressing the people of the country late in the evening, said that on the strength of its vibrant democracy, India has enhanced its credibility as a responsible and credible nation. On Monday, on the eve of the 72nd Republic Day, the President said in a message to the nation that the international community is well aware of India’s strong and principled attitude. He said, “India, moving on the path of progress, is making its rightful place in the world community. In the last few years, India’s sphere of influence has expanded further and it has covered the wider regions of the world.” President Ram Nath Kovind congratulated the scientists for the progress made in agriculture, the soldiers who were successful in ensuring the security of the borders of the country, and the scientists for their contribution in dealing with Kovid and in various areas of development.
